In 2020, George Wilson Developments undertook the extensive refurbishment and reletting of the Radio House building (which the company previously built in the 1980s). With completion scheduled for May 2021, the building has been entirely pre-let with tenants such as Red Key Concepts, Jackson Turner Day Architects and Retreat Services taking space.
